  • Receptionist and Personal Assistant  

    - Perth

    We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist and Personal Assistant to join our Perth head office.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrives in a busy office environment.

    As the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while providing administrative support across multiple departments.

    The Role
    Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
    Being the first point of contact for all visitors - meeting, greeting, and directing visitors Scheduling meetings for management and coordinating attendees and meeting room locations Creating communications content for our noticeboards and internal memos Assisting with IT support requests - i.e. new users and basic troubleshooting Collecting information and preparing slide templates for conferences Ordering stationary and maintaining required levels Ensuring Visitor registration including implementing the signing in procedure, announcing their arrival and allocating names badges Catering for monthly team get togethers, training schools and business lunches Assisting with the yearly Business Plan file management New employee onboarding assistance and collating employment documentation Streamlining and updating reception procedures Assisting with travel bookings, staff events and following up suppliers About You:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation including Senior Management Contribute to the culture and values of the organisation Previous office experience would be advantageous Current WA Drivers License Why join MineARC?

    About You:
    Extensive experience in Business Development within mining, industrial, or safety-related sectors Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to structure and negotiate opportunities Technically confident, with the ability to engage in detailed discussions and translate complexity into clear value Ability to present to at conferences, corporate functions and all levels within an organisation Skilled at influencing decisions and building credibility with senior stakeholders Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief Self-driven, outcomes-focused, and comfortable operating autonomously Ability to travel a minimum of 1 week per month (Domestically and Internationally) The Role:
    Develop and execute strategic business development plans across key mining operations Proactively monitor and facilitate correct chamber maintenance procedures in line with OEM recommendations Secure new business opportunities within the Australian market Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders Engage in technical and commercial discussions Coordinate demonstrations, trials, and training initiatives to support customer decision-making Provide market and customer insights to inform ongoing product and service development Proactively monitor the 2nd hand market and identify refurbishment opportunities Achieve your sales budget in consultation with the Technical Assurance Manager and General Manager Process new sales leads, including preparing, sending and following up quotes Present MineARC's capabilities at expos and trade shows The Company

    We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our Perth team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys supporting customers and technicians, and takes pride in ensuring service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    The Role:
    Prepare purchase orders, create sales orders and daily invoicing Maintain departmental documentation and support contractor management portals Respond to expediting requests and order status enquiries Assist with monitoring customer asset information to support maintenance initiatives Coordinate parts and materials and post service sales quotations Assist with scheduling Service Technicians and allocating resources Provide general administrative support to the Service Team
