About the Role:
Based in Underwood, you will join forces with the Operations Manager and wider team in surrounding centres to enhance centre performance.
You will be responsible for driving financial and operational excellence, empowering the team on the ground, and ensuring the centre is consistently in presentable shape for our customers, all in line with National Storage's company values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Storage Consultants to consistently meet or exceed performance targets. Managing a team, including time management, delegation, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered. Overseeing operational excellence and actively managing centre operations, including centre presentation, maintenance, general administration duties, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Weekly & monthly reporting summarising the centre's financial performance directly to the Operations Manager. Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.
About You: FULL Driver's license and car (required). Forklift license (desirable). Demonstrated experience within a management or team leadership position in a similar environment. Strong conflict resolution knowledge and the ability to de-escalate situations. Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs. Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems. Effective communication skills and be able to foster a team building environment. You have a motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to work on a rotating roster, with every second Saturday from 9am-2pm.

We are now looking to recruit a Part Time Storage Consultant to join our North Adelaide team. This role gives you the opportunity to work across our centres in Salisbury Plain and Mawson Lakes.
The role is exciting & varied, encompassing customer service, administration, and operational tasks. You will be working for a dynamic and innovative company that is at the forefront of the self-storage industry.
The required rotating roster for this role will be:
Week 1:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 2pm
Week 2:

About the Role: Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for a range of accounting functions including monthly management accounting, meeting month-end and reporting deadlines, completing the financial reporting process (including statutory account preparation and review), and ad hoc projects as necessary. This role suits someone ready to take a step into people leadership, playing a key role in helping to lead and develop junior team members. This role will make a key contribution in the future development of the Group's financial processes following a group restructure, working on both incremental process change which lead to workflow efficiencies and supporting larger system development projects. This role offers great exposure to different areas of the Group Finance function in a fast-moving commercial environment. Our ideal candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant with commercial experience in a large corporate or professional firm. You will have the natural ability to apply technical accounting skills in a practical manner along with a solutions-focused mindset and an eye for process improvement. Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Leading the completion of month end process ensuring that financial information is prepared accurately and on time as a team. Finalising financial results, completing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and providing monthly management account information. Completing a number of complex financial consolidations to facilitate multi-level reporting across the group structure. Supporting the process of completing half-year and year-end Group financial statements and assisting with audits. Involvement in various end to end business improvement projects to both improve financial control and process, and to reduce risk across the group. Providing day-to-day guidance, coaching and technical support to Financial Accountants and Graduates, reviewing work and assisting with professional development.
About You: CA qualified with experience working within a large commercial environment. Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and financial statement disclosures, demonstrated either in a commercial environment or in a professional firm. Highly proficient in Excel, including ability to analyse and consolidate different data sets and automate processes. Able to adapt to new systems quickly; exposure to Technology One software (Ci Anywhere), and Sitelink (Storage specific software) advantageous. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Process oriented mindset with the ability to follow structured procedure and identify improvements. Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills, to engage with both customer facing staff and leadership. Problem solving ability, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
