    About the opportunity
    This role acts as the primary contact for customers throughout their build journey, providing guidance, reassurance, and timely updates. More specifically, you will:
    • Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience
    • Help coordinate projects from pre construction through to completion.
    • Support customers with guidance, solutions, and reassurance throughout the build journey.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Drafting, Estimating, MyChoice, Construction) to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
    • Escalate complex or high risk matters to leadership when required.
    • Provide contract support, including resolving discrepancies and managing variations.
    • Review documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity before distribution.
    • Coordinate final inspections and occupation certificates while contributing to team updates and continuous improvement.

    You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
    • Previous experience in a customer service role and a commitment to providing unbeatable customer experiences
    • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • High attention to detail when handling documents and information
    • Knowledge of councils and residential construction industry - highly desirable
    • Ability to read plans, contracts and basic estimating - highly desirable
    • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to customers and team members

    About the opportunity
    Our Customer Care Consultants report to the Customer Central Team Leader and are part of the NEX Group Customer Central team based at our Norwest office. As part of this team, your focus will be to triage customer enquiries, qualifying and nurturing sales enquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, CRM, live chat) and throughout all stages of the customer journey. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
    •Provide a point of contact for clients, actively managing the client relationship and assisting with query resolution including transition to the appropriate team
    •Engaging with new customers with the goal of understanding customer needs, collecting customer data and creating a warm transfer to our sales teams
    •Working with relevant internal stakeholders to understand and facilitate resolution of customers' concerns or queries
    •Ensuring customers are kept up to date and informed of the status of their query and communicating outcomes to them in a manner that enhances the relationship
    •Capturing all relevant communication, progress updates and notes in the CRM to enable transparency and reporting
    •Proactively identifying issue trends and alerting key stakeholders to allow pre-emptive resolution
    •Establishing a strong relationship with key stakeholders at all levels to enable collaborative improvements to the customer experience and issue resolution process
    About you
    You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
    •Experience in customer service or customer relationship roles
    •A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
    •A genuine curiosity and focus on how to improve customer experience with strong issue resolution skills
    •Problem solving skills and the ability to identify trends, patterns, and possible solutions to customer issues
    •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    •Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills, CRM experience and experiences fielding live chat enquiries is desirable

    About the opportunity:
    The Project Delivery Coordinator reports to the Project Delivery Team Leader and is part of the Project Delivery team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to manage each customer from Consolidated Tender signing through to the completion of construction, delivering an exceptional customer experience while also adhering to timeframes. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
    • Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Completion of Construction
    • Set clear expectations and guide customers through the pre-construction and construction process and timelines.
    • Prepare, coordinate and deliver HIA contracts and related documentation
    • Build strong customer relationships with proactive fortnightly phone updates
    • Maintain accurate and up to date build files in the database including communications and milestone forecast.
    • Provide proactive solutions to keep files progressing through pre construction.
    • Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
    • Manage customer concerns promptly using dispute resolution techniques.

    About you:

    • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential construction industry, with KDR experience highly regarded

    • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
