  • Customer Experience Expert - 6 month Contract

    Our Shepparton Service Centre is seeking an experienced Face to Face Customer Service, Sales & Administration professional who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional service to our Automotive Glass customers.

    About the Role As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.
    Roster: Monday to Friday Hours: 10:00am-2:00pm - You'll also need to be comfortable working overtime and some Saturdays when required. Role Type: Permanent Part Time This is a 6 month contract through to 23 March 2027, with the possibility of longer term extension.
    You will be responsible for:Delivering warm, professional face to face customer serviceSelling of Vehicle Accessory ProductsGreeting customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitudeManaging phone, email and in person enquiriesSupporting the Service Centre Manager with daily operationsUpdating customers on repair lead timesConducting basic repair inspections on vehiclesEducating customers on our full range of servicesScheduling repair bookings and managing workflowIssuing invoices and raising job authoritiesResolving customer concerns and following up queries
    About You We're looking for someone who brings professionalism, energy and initiative to the team.
    You will have:Strong customer service experience (face to face preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional presentation and a positive attitudeAbility to problem solve and create customer focused solutionsStrong time management and ability to prioritise in a busy environmentIntermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skillsAdministration experience supporting daily operationsComfortable with sales and confident in educating customers on additional servicesA current driver's licence (essential)Full Australian work rights (essential)
