About the Role As the Store Manager at Platypus Shoes Plenty Valley, you'll lead a team of passionate casual team members alongside your Assistant Store Manager. Your primary mission is to drive sales and KPIs, coach and inspire your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with your Area Manager to identify and act on opportunities for growth, all while operating in a high-profile retail environment. Key Responsibilities Drive the overall performance of your store by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement.
