Your OpportunityJoin a dynamic project environment from our brand-new CBD office and play a key role across a diverse portfolio of projects and locations. As a Senior Document Controller, you'll coordinate day-to-day document control processes, ensuring project teams and stakeholders have seamless access to accurate, up-to-date and controlled documentation.
Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll help drive efficient processes, maintain high standards and keep projects moving. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Document Controller looking for a varied role, strong project exposure and the benefits of a modern CBD working environment.
Your Key Responsibilities Educate, communicate, and administer Document Control procedures and processes to all relevant personnel. Register, file, and issue documentation in an accurate, consistent, and efficient manner. Manage a project from start to finish, fulfilling Document Control tasks and milestones. Champion the vendor documentation process, ensuring all parties receive the correct procedural documentation in a timely manner. Maintain a professional customer service approach when liaising with internal and external personnel.
What You 'Can Do' +5 years' experience in document control essential, with +2 years in a senior role. Experience in the Construction and Engineering, particularly in the Resources and Mining industries. Experience on major projects preferred. Experienced operator of a EDMS system essential, InEight/QDMS/Aconex preferred. Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.

Your OpportunityLead and shape the successful delivery of Sustaining & Brownfield Capital Projects and associated Shutdowns as part of the Primero Operations & Maintenance Team. You'll lead projects through every phase - from tendering and delivery preparation through procurement, construction, and commissioning.Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, manage expectations and play a key role in strengthening the company's reputation and market standing.

In this role you will be responsible for provide planning expertise through timely development, implementation, and reporting of planning strategies, with strong focus on critical path, management of change, and forecasting to contribute towards proactively influencing a successful and timely completion of the project. Reporting to the Civil/ Structural Discipline Manager, you will be required to provide civil design across a variety of minerals and energy projects. This role will be based at our new Head Office located at 219 St Georges Tce, Perth. Adjacent to the train station, the office has state of the art end of journey facilities, including secure storage for bicycles and scooters, a gym (with scheduled fitness classes), tennis court, basketball hoop and a swimming pool available for all Primero employees. Your Key Responsibilities Develop civil design solutions using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Prepare and maintain 3d models, drawings and design documentation for earthworks, roads, drainage, hardstands and associated site infrastructure. Undertake design coordination within multidisciplinary design and engineering environment. Review of vendor drawings and design data. Provide support to the project team to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, standards, and procedures. Communicate effectively with the project team, clients and to other project stakeholders. Produce discipline specific deliverables that meet Primero Groups, the client's and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Produce project drafting deliverables ensuring quality, schedule and integrity requirements are met. Liaise with lead designers, engineers, and junior team members. What You 'Can Do' 5+ Years experience as a Civil Designer within mining or resource industry projects. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD.(If you are a 12D expert please still apply). Strong experience in 3D modelling, drafting and design development for bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, and site infrastructure. Demonstrated experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams. Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on vendor drawings and interdisciplinary design data. Understanding of statutory and industry regulations and HSE practices. Proven ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Strong problem solving and planning skills. Your Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Construction Manager to join our highly successful team as a Deputy Construction Manager on a $200m+ Civil/SMP/E&I Desalination & Water Treament Project in the Pilbara.
