    Procurement Operations Support Officer
    The Procurement Operations team is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Procurement Operations Support Officer to provide procurement and contract administration support across the Bank.

    About the business/role/team
    This is a unique opportunity for you to join the Reserve Bank's Payments Operations Program, which is leading the Bank's work to strengthen its operation of RITS, Australia's real-time gross settlement system, and other critical national payments infrastructure. These payments systems move around $300 billion dollars between financial institutions each day and ultimately settle all non-cash payments in Australia. They are essential for supporting the day-to-day business of the Australian economy.
    The role will report to the Manager of the Knowledge Management and Training Workstream and will be working with other members of the team, RBA stakeholders and external providers to support the development and rollout of new knowledge management and training arrangements and content.
    The Payments Operations Program is a large, business led program which is working to: uplift the operating model and resourcing for the RITS ecosystem; strengthen shared services processes and IT controls that support RITS and related systems; and improve knowledge management processes and systems and related training programs for staff supporting RITS.

The Australian Financial System section (AFS) assesses the resilience of the financial system by monitoring and stress testing financial institutions.     About the teamYou'll be part of a small and dynamic team that is responsible for the RBA's engagement in global and regional forums, and for maintaining relationships with other central banks.     About the roleAs the team's Senior International Engagement Coordinator, you will act as a key point of coordination in managing internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, records, and other administrative tasks as required.
