At RSM, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Onboarding & Administration Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the client lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support for client onboarding and offboarding activities, following established policies, procedures and checklists.Assist with the preparation, processing and distribution of client onboarding and offboarding documentation.Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to collect information and documentation required for onboarding and offboarding processes.Complete administrative compliance tasks, including client acceptance forms, AML/CTF checks, identity verification, conflict checks, ASIC searches and other required documentation.Maintain accurate client records within practice management and document management systems.Set up, update, transfer and archive client files and records in accordance with firm procedures.Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine enquiries or escalate matters where required.Track onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure documentation is completed and stored appropriately.Assist with data entry, reporting and record-keeping activities related to client administration processes.Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.About you:EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
EssentialCompletion of Year 12 or equivalent.
DesirableCertificate II or III in Business Administration or a related discipline.
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRUTES
EssentialPrevious experience in an administrative, client service or customer support role, in a professional services, accounting or corporate office environment.Strong data entry and record management skills with a high level of accuracy.Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage routine tasks and competing deadlines.High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to follow established procedures, policies and checklists.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to assist others.Exposure to client onboarding, customer administration or document management processes.Familiarity with practice management or document management systems.Basic understanding of compliance requirements such as client identification and verification processes.Experience using Xero, APS, XPM, MYOB, CAS360 or similar business systems.
