You'll help keep operations running smoothly by responding quickly to workforce needs and ensuring shifts are appropriately covered. This is a UPL-only role, working early morning and evening shifts. As part of the National AHSC support team, you'll take incoming calls, respond to urgent workforce requirements and source backfill where needed to help maintain continuity of service. As an Operations Coordinator in the AHSC contract, you'll make a positive impact by: Managing incoming calls relating to workforce and roster requirements. Managing unplanned leave absences and sourcing shift backfill. Coordinating with staff and stakeholders to identify suitable backfill options. Updating workforce and roster information accurately and in a timely manner. Responding to queries and escalating issues where required.     • Generous employee referral program Make an impact at Serco As a Sentence Administration Officer, you'll provide administration and records management services relating to the detention and release of inmates at Clarence Correctional Centre. Working as part of the Sentence Management team and reporting to the Sentence Administration Manager, you'll process legal and court documentation, maintain accurate inmate records and liaise with courts, government agencies and teams across the Centre. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role, as the information you manage directly supports lawful detention, court appearances, releases and inmate movements. About Clarence Correctional Centre Opened in mid-2020, this 1,700-bed state-of-the-art facility is the largest correctional centre in Australia. Located on the beautiful NSW North Coast, approximately 6 hours' drive from Sydney and 3.5 hours from Brisbane, our region offers rainforests, epic headlands, sand dunes and some of Australia's best beaches, together with vibrant multicultural cafés, restaurants and welcoming community towns. As a Sentence Administration Officer, you'll make a positive impact by: • Processing and interpreting legal and court orders relating to the detention of inmates
    • Maintaining accurate inmate information and records within OIMS
    • Preparing documentation and arrangements for inmate releases and court appearances
    • Liaising with courts to confirm outcomes and ensure information is accurately recorded
    • Facilitating bail processes and processing applications relating to bail, appeals and other legal matters
    • Liaising with government agencies and internal teams regarding inmate information
    • Maintaining registers and records in line with legislative, State and contractual requirements
    • Supporting inmate transfers and movements where required
    • Providing accurate information and advice on Sentence Administration matters while maintaining confidentiality Serco is a place for you You're an organised and detail-focused administrator who understands the importance of getting things right. You're comfortable managing sensitive information, working to competing deadlines and communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you'll have: • Certificate III in Business Administration, be working towards the qualification, or have relevant industry experience in a similar role
    • Experience providing administration support in a senior administration role
    • Experience in accurate data entry and data management
    • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with competing deadlines
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of process compliance
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
