Job description:Specific Care is an NDIS provider seeking a compassionate and reliable Enrolled Nurse with a minimum of one year's experience to support NDIS participants and home care clients in the community.You will provide person-centred nursing care and practical support that promotes clients' health, wellbeing and independence in their own homes.About the roleDeliver nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, within your scope of practice.Provide support to people with disability and home care clients, tailored to their individual needs and care plans.Assist with personal care, daily living activities, medication administration and clinical tasks within your competencies.Assist with wound care, health monitoring and ongoing nursing support as required.Monitor clients' health and wellbeing and promptly report changes or concerns to the supervising Registered Nurse.Maintain accurate clinical notes, medication records and incident reports.Work collaboratively with clients, families, support workers and healthcare professionals.Uphold clients' dignity, privacy, choice and control.About youDiploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.A minimum of one year's experience working as an Enrolled Nurse is essential.A compassionate, patient and respectful approach to supporting people with disability and home care clients.Strong communication, organisation and clinical documentation skills.Ability to follow individual care plans, recognise changes in health and seek clinical guidance when needed.Ability to work independently within your role and collaboratively with the wider team.Experience in disability support, community nursing or home care is desirable.Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred.Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one before commencing.What we offerFull-time employment.Annual salary of $77,000-$83,000, depending on experience and qualifications.A supportive team with Registered Nurse guidance.Meaningful work helping clients maintain their wellbeing and independence at home.Apply nowPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your nursing experience and suitability for the role.
