    The Role We are seeking an experienced Program Administrator to join our growing Utilities team based in the Gympie Region. This is a key support role responsible for providing administrative, reporting and coordination assistance across a portfolio of predominantly Queensland-based projects, while also supporting national operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping programs organised and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across multiple projects and programs. Prepare and maintain project reports, registers and documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track action items. Assist with project reporting, document control and data management. Support Project Managers with day-to-day program administration. Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is up to date. Liaise with internal stakeholders to support project delivery and reporting requirements. Assist with the coordination of project schedules, variations and administrative processes. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and reporting efficiencies. The successful applicant will ideally have: Previous experience in a similar position Experience within utilities, construction or engineering industries will be highly regarded.     The Role With several treatment plant projects entering the delivery phase across regional Southeast Queensland, SRG Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment facilities to support projects in the Sunshine Coast region. As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of these projects, working closely with the broader project team to drive performance across project delivery, commercial and financial outcomes, contract management, stakeholder engagement, resource planning, risk management, and safety. A key requirement for this role is experience delivering projects within water treatment and sewage treatment plant environments. We are looking for a leader who understands the complexities of working within operational treatment facilities and can apply that expertise to infrastructure upgrades, remediation, and asset protection projects that will strengthen the region's drinking water network and support future growth. Key responsabilities: Lead project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Lead the delivery of works associated with water treatment plants and treatment infrastructure. Manage project budgets, margins, forecasting, cost control and overall financial performance. Develop and implement commercial strategies to protect profitability and achieve strong commercial outcomes. Manage contracts, variations, claims, procurement and subcontractor performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders. Provide strategic and operational leadership to the project team. Manage workforce, plant, equipment and subcontractor requirements. Lead project planning, programming, risk assessments, methodologies and mobilisation. Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities to keep delivery on track. Monitor project performance against scope, program, budget, quality and contractual requirements. Work closely with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors and the wider project team to achieve project objectives. Lead project and client meetings and provide clear updates on progress, risks, financial performance and opportunities. Ensure safety, quality and environmental requirements are maintained throughout project delivery. Review and adapt construction methodologies where required due to design, site conditions or program changes. Lead project handover, defect management, lessons learned and final closeout activities. Prepare and present accurate weekly and monthly project reports covering project performance, risks, opportunities and financial status. The successful applicant will ideally have: 5+ years' project management experience. Demonstrated experience delivering water and/or sewage treatment plant projects or works within treatment facilities. Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, variations and claims. Experience in contract management and commercial strategy. Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading project teams and managing project resources. Strong risk management, problem-solving and decision-making skills. A sound understanding of construction principles within a multidisciplinary contracting environment. Experience using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6. Formal project management accreditation such as AIPM, PMBOK, Diploma, PMP or equivalent. (Desirable) A strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards.
