    Description: Prepares, seasons and cooks' food in a dining or catering establishment.3. FULL-TIME POSITION ONLYThis is a full-time, ongoing position based in Jugiong, NSW.

OCCUPATION TASKSTasks Include: Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment Preparing and cooking food Seasoning food during cooking Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements May plan menus and estimate food requirements May train other kitchen staff and apprentices Prepares, seasons and cooks' food in a dining or catering establishment.6. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen or similar environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and modern cooking methods. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality and consistency. Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations. Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure during busy service periods.7. QUALIFICATIONS• AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery; OR
    • At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
    • Additional on-the-job training or relevant culinary certifications may be required.

    Description: Responsible for organising and controlling the operations of the restaurant and related hospitality services at The Sir George Hotel to ensure exceptional dining and guest experiences.3. ENGLISH LANGUAGEThis position requires a high level of proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with staff, suppliers, and customers.4. FULL-TIME POSITION ONLYThis is a full-time, ongoing position based in Jugiong, NSW.
    Standard working hours: 38 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends and evenings as required.5. OCCUPATION TASKS Organises and controls the operations of a cafe, restaurant or related establishment to provide dining and catering services. Planning menus in consultation with Chefs Planning and organising special functions Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders6. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Proven ability to manage and motivate hospitality teams. Strong organisational and leadership skills with attention to detail. Ability to plan and execute functions and events. Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards. Financial management experience including stock control and budgeting. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.7. QUALIFICATIONS• AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field; OR

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Waiter or Food and Beverage Attendant in a dining or similar environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures. Professional presentation and attention to detail. Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively. Understanding of hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.7. QUALIFICATIONS• AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Service; OR
    • At least one year of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
    • Additional on-the-job training or relevant certifications (such as RSA) may be required.
