23rd September, 2026 We are on the lookout for a Night Manager to join our team based at The University of Sydney on a casual basis.
In your new role as Night Manager, you will be adaptable in your approach and equipped to manage any situation that may arise during evening hours. You will have a natural ability to think on your feet, and to resolve problems as they arise. Resident safety is a top priority for our frontline operations teams. You will be responsible for supporting the wellbeing of residents and overall management and responsibility of the building during the overnight hours.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities as Night Manager will include but not be limited to:
Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty. Carrying out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc. Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution. Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
