Details of the role The Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of The Kirby Institute through the provision of general administrative support. The administrator will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and provide high-quality support for communications, meetings, events and finance processes. The role also plays an important part in welcoming new staff and visitors, coordinating building access and site inductions, and creating a positive experience for a diverse range of stakeholders.
