Job Description
We are a media development project which strives to develop a team in each culture that can make Christian resources for their own language. Video can be mass produced and passed around where even evangelists cannot go. When people see these Gospel movies in their heart language, they realize that the Gospel has relevance to their culture. You will assist with our projects and may be assigned to one of the internal departments such as communications or media team training. Language is key to building meaningful relationships and gaining cultural understanding. As part of your orientation, you will complete a basic course of language learning. You will also be guided through the process of establishing yourself to live in a foreign country. You may be placed with a local team of ethnic evangelists to assist with a gospel media project. There are also options to participate in ministry in a variety of other ways such as English teaching village outreaches and worship ministry. In addition to language and cultural learning, you will be actively engaged with a local church. You must be 21 or over and commit to at least 12 months with the project. You will have experience or education in either digital media communications, website design, administration, A/V, or event management. You will possess a level of Biblical literacy and Christian maturity, have a heart for missions, and be flexible and able to work independently.
