Manage escalations from junior engineers, resolving complex tickets and network issues. Support and maintain Cisco infrastructure and firewalls, with a focus on Palo Alto technologies. Contribute to the stability and security of data center operations. Collaborate on projects to improve and optimize network performance. Skills/Must have: Operating at a CCNA/CCNP level with proven experience in Cisco networking. Strong firewall expertise, ideally with Palo Alto. Experience with Linux systems is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with clients.
