Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small team of sales and procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Oversee procurement processes, including quoting, ordering, invoicing, and receipting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Act as the primary point of escalation for customer and supplier issues, driving timely resolutions. Collaborate with customers to keep them informed on order progress and ensure satisfaction. Manage stock logistics and inventory, including dispatching goods and coordinating with freight companies. Analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. Prepare and present customer reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Oversee warranty call tracking, managing the full lifecycle of warranty services. Drive team training and development to enhance expertise in IT products and procurement processes. Required Experience and Skills Leadership experience: Minimum of 3 years in a team leader role within sales, procurement, or a related field.
