A permanent full-time opportunity has become available with Australia’s largest extruder and distributor of aluminium products. Based in the Ipswich area, this is a business with a track record going back nearly 90 years across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. As a result of internal promotion, we are seeking a Customer Sale and Service Co-ordinator to join a high performing, fast-paced customer service focused team. The duties will include: Answering telephone enquiries (internal and external customers) Entering and vetting sales orders Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc. Applying credit processes Providing technical and product support to customers To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate: Previous experience in an aligned office based customer service role (ideally within manufacturing/distribution sector) supported by referees Well developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus Confidence learning and using technology with accurate keyboarding skills Team player approach with a flexible and positive work ethic Availability to work 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday This is an opportunity to join an organisation that values the contributions of their team and fosters professional development.
