A permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer (Internal Sales) has become available with an Australian owned company who are market leaders in the design and distribution of aluminum systems for residential, industrial and commercial markets. This is a business that values the importance of developing and maintaining superior customer relationships. You will be responsible for a range of customer service and internal sales duties, including: Responding to enquiries from suppliers and customers (via phone, email and counter) Preparing and providing quotes to customers, as well as updates on order status Data entry of sales orders, invoices and purchase orders Liaising with suppliers and freight companies to support order fulfilment in a timely manner Association administration tasks To be considered for the opportunity, we are seeking: Previous experience within an aligned administration role (such as internal sales / order processing / accounts payable) Data entry experience with accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 40wpm) High level of visual accuracy, demonstrated through testing results Confidence learning and using a range of computer packages (including skills in MS Word and MS Excel) Team player with the ability to work well in a small team environment Warm and friendly communication and interpersonal skills with a trustworthy and mature attitude Flexibility to choose between the following hours Monday to Friday (6:00am to 2:00pm, 7:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm).
