As an Escalations Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for complex technical issues, collaborating with remote and field teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that have not been resolved by lower-level support teams. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, VMware, Mac OS, networking, and security. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer environments and support processes. Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
