Job Summary: Bechtel is now accepting applications to join our 2026 Graduate Rotational Program located at our Brisbane office. Commencing in January 2026, the Bechtel Graduate Project Controls position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills to become a leader in the Mining and Metals industry. As a Project Controls Graduate at Bechtel, you will assist in supporting cost estimating, analysis, and control activities and schedule development, maintenance, reporting, and monitoring activities as directed. Education and Experience Requirements: Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying. Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Finance or similar in the past three years (2023, 2024 or 2025) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program. Be able to pass any pre-employment requirements such as a drug screen and background check.
