This role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and platform optimization. Configure security controls and continuously seek improvements, including vulnerability management. Research threats, security weaknesses, and vulnerabilities to devise effective countermeasures. Manage internal and external security testing (red, blue, purple), and security assurance testing. Provide operational insight for the evaluation and selection of cybersecurity solutions. Configure and fine-tune cybersecurity tools and solutions, including firewalls, vulnerability management tools, and EDR. Requirements: Strong customer-facing skills, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Ideally, familiarity with Qradar or Sentinel. 2-3 years of experience in security operations, with a desire to progress into security engineering.
