To succeed in this role, you will bring: Qualifications : Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate. Skills and Abilities : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead change, foster consumer engagement, and promote a positive workplace culture. Experience : A minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience, including management, supervision, and demonstrated expertise in nursing practices. Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and contemporary healthcare issues, including Australian National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
