Is a highly motivated, passionate and inspiring leader About the Role: As a Educational Leader / 2IC , you will support the Service Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and operation targets. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead a team of Educators to create a positive and fun working space. In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and team members. Sparrow Early Learning Thornlie is a warm and welcoming boutique Service offering only 44 places. Indoor learning spaces feel just like home and are filled with materials and resources that come straight from nature and everyday life. Engaging outdoor spaces provide further opportunities for imaginative and collaborative play with children enjoying the unstructured open spaces, quiet shady areas, sandpits, and bike track, under the protection of shade sails.
