Base pay range A$60,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr Position Overview I’m working with a well-known cyber security team in Brisbane that is looking to add two talented professionals to their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practice: GRC Consultant – Ideal for early-career professionals with foundational knowledge in GRC. Salary: $70,000 - $88,000 (inc. super) GRC Manager (Technical) – Perfect for experienced professionals who can provide strategic direction and technical leadership. Both roles will focus on delivering high-quality GRC services, including: Cyber resilience assessments, strategy development, and framework implementations (ISO 27001, NIST, Essential 8, AESCSF, etc.). Risk assessments across cloud, applications, IoT/OT. Security audits, policy development, and third-party risk management. Supporting senior leadership with business development and client engagement. What We’re Looking For? For GRC Consultant: 1+ years of experience, familiarity with security frameworks, and a passion for learning. For GRC Manager: Strong consulting background, deep technical expertise in GRC, and leadership capabilities. A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
