Employment Type: Full-Time Company Description LARKI is a tech startup that provides 3D Data, Services and a Digital Twin platform for buildings in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operation (AECO) sector. We envision a collaborative future where 3D technology empowers built-environment change-makers to harmonize our precious natural environments, built heritage, and architectural visions for the future. Using AI, our platform integrates 3D point clouds captured from planes, cars, drones, and tripods, which are procured, tracked, delivered and shared on our seamless web app for accelerated productivity. By reducing on-site measurements, associated travel and administrative burdens, errors and omissions in site information, LARKI reduces costly delays, site call-out fees and variations by up to 30%. Together we can recover $3 billion in global productivity losses. We have a remote team across the world of about 6 – including surveyors, architects, marketing, sales, designers and software engineers – with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. What You'll Do Conduct field surveys using advanced 3D laser scanners (e.g. Leica RTC), and other survey equipment. Process and manipulate 3D scan data into high-quality and user-friendly point clouds. Coordinate with subconsultants, clients and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery. Perform quality assurance checks to maintain high standards. Assist in managing resources and optimizing workflows to enhance profitability. Support customer relations and technical queries. Contribute to research, feedback and suggestions for LARKI software development. What We're Looking For Proven 2+ years full-time experience in 3D scanning and registration (preferably Leica). Proven 2+ years full-time experience in BIM modelling (preferably Revit &/or ArchiCAD). Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage time and resources effectively. Self-motivated, pro-active, great work-ethic and can-do attitude. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. Why Join Us?
