We design, build, manage and provide integrated, optimised supply chain solutions. We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Warehousing team as an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst focuses on driving continuous improvement and executing strategic initiatives at a site level. The role is also responsible for the successful implementation of the WMS and will serve as the key liaison for WMS support issues and advocate for best implementation practices across our customers and sites. As an Operations Analyst you will be responsible for: Working with site operations managers and warehouse leadership teams in defining systematic solutions or improvements for various warehouse processes Leading and coordinating Continuous Improvement (CI) activities across the sites to ensure sites meet deadlines and goals set Managing integration process to ensure that WMS is properly integrated from end-to-end, with all systems conforming to specifications. Support new customer onboarding projects including customer implementations, new customer WMS design and configurations, UAT testing, process mapping both systematic and physical to ensure a successful onboarding of new Warehousing customers Communicating regularly and appropriately with the relevant stakeholders on project statuses and prioritisation across the business Ensuring the consistent and relevant reporting is completed and distributed to relevant stakeholders Experience required Relevant tertiary qualification 2 to 3 years’ experience in a WMS related role Excellent written and verbal communication Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Successful track record of problem solving Proven creative thinking ability to overcome customer challenges Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Adaptable in dealing with every-changing conditions This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career at efm Logistics and develop new skills, taking on exciting challenges.
