Contract to 30 June 2025 with 2 x 6-month extension options Competitive hourly rates Four Data Analyst positions with a Government Department for an initial contract to 30 June 2025 + 2 x 6-month extensions. Your new company You will be working with a Government Department as a Data Analyst in the Data Strategy Branch. This branch is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of IT systems that enhance the Department's data capabilities. Your new role As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable data solutions, building insightful reports, and ensuring data accuracy and governance within the Department's ICT systems. The analysts will contribute to strengthening the Department's data-driven decision-making capabilities through strategic analysis and system enhancements. What you'll need to succeed Data Engineering and ETL Development Dashboard Reporting (MS Power BI) Demonstrated Experience in Similar Roles (Experience as a Data Analyst) Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and leadership. Experience in Agile Environments: Experience working in agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story refinement. You must be an Australian citizen and will possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a (Baseline) personnel security clearance. What you'll get in return In return, you will secure a competitive hourly rate with an initial contract to 30 June 2025 with 2 x 6-month extension options.
