Procurement Specialists Opportunity ***ACT only – must have baseline clearance*** We are seeking experienced Procurement Specialists to join a dynamic team in Canberra, providing procurement services in labour hire, ICT hardware, and software. This role offers a chance to contribute to the implementation of procurement policies while managing procurement activities effectively in an operationally focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review procurement documents, including quotes, evaluations, and purchase orders. Provide procurement and contract management advice to project and program teams. Implement Commonwealth procurement policies and develop team tools and templates. Manage assigned procurement activities, ensuring proper record management and reporting. Key Criteria: Strong understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Resource Management Framework. Experience in end-to-end labour hire procurements and knowledge of End User License Agreements. Proficiency in MS Office and Electronic Document Records Management (EDRM) systems. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work independently.
