What You’ll Do We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Content Creator to join our marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be producing high-quality YouTube video and shorts—from storyboarding and scripting to shooting and editing —with a strong focus on storytelling. You should be comfortable using a camera, gathering B-roll, and editing videos in a way that clearly conveys key messages. Your duties would include: Collaborate with technical experts and the marketing team to brainstorm and develop compelling content ideas. Storyboard and script video content in collaboration with the team. Film videos, ensuring clear visuals and audio. Edit videos for clarity, engagement, and pacing. Optimize videos for YouTube best practices. Track video performance and use insights to improve future content. Manage content calendar ensuring it is up to date and supports overall marketing objectives. About You Above all else we want someone with a passion for marketing, and the aptitude for learning new things. Some additional skills that could help your application stand out are: Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate both within and outside the department. Strong storytelling skills: The ability to take ideas and craft engaging narratives. Proficiency in Filming: Experience working with a camera, lighting, and audio equipment. Proficiency in video-editing software: Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Excellent organization & planning skills: You can manage multiple projects while staying on schedule. Ability to handle feedback & adapt quickly: We need someone who can take feedback and pivot efficiently. Analytics: Having a natural curiosity regarding video performances. No perfectionists!
