The Opportunity As the Badanami Student Success Officer , you will play a vital role in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students throughout their academic journey. Based within the Badanami Centre, you will provide a culturally rich and supportive learning environment while delivering mentoring, transitional, and pastoral care services. Your work will directly contribute to student retention and success, ensuring each student has the guidance and resources to thrive at university. You will also foster partnerships across the University to create meaningful opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, enhancing their experience and engagement in academic and extracurricular activities. Your strategic advice will help shape policies and initiatives that drive student success while ensuring compliance with legislative and reporting requirements.
