About You We are seeking a skilled and passionate nursing or midwifery leader to join our team and drive excellence in patient care. Qualifications & Experience – Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years’ post-registration experience and proven leadership capabilities. Leadership & Communication – Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and promote change management. Teamwork & Innovation – Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and lead innovative, person-centred care models. Knowledge & Development – Sound understanding of relevant legislation, health standards, and the ability to foster staff growth and consumer engagement.
