Key Responsibilities: Support the daily operations of the organisation’s network infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and high availability. Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues. Manage and maintain Cisco routing and switching environments. Support and configure Palo Alto firewalls to enhance network security. Work closely with internal teams to improve network performance and implement best practices. Provide documentation and technical support to ensure seamless operations. Key Requirements: Strong experience in Cisco routing and switching within an enterprise environment. Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, including configuration and troubleshooting. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner. Experience working in operational support roles within large organisations. Desirable Skills: Exposure to Versa SD-WAN or Palo Alto SASE solutions. Familiarity with financial institution network environments and security standards. Experience with automation and scripting for network management. Salary: $150,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
