WORKING HOURSMon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pmPioneerUp to $4000 - $4500 JOB SCOPE: Develop new CET courses and promote NTUpreneur’s CET courses to attract participantsStrategically position NTU Entrepreneurship Academy’s Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP) in the marketplace Collaborate with NTU faculty and industry practitioners Mobilise internal stakeholders to design training programmes Play an integral role in strategic planning and programme development. Excellent programme delivery to ensure good learning experienceOversee day-to-day operations Attend to ad-hoc and urgent enquiries Provide on-site support and serve as the primary contact point for programme participants. Oversee EDP’s marketing and publicity effortsCreate a marketing plan and strategies. Draft and design publicity materials. Identify and engage with target audiences for recruitment. Oversee the onboarding process Engage in the planning of the programme for future growthActively engage in and provide insight into policy and operational discussions Initiate discussions with prospective corporate clients or individual participants. Oversee scheduling and engagement of course instructorsIncrease the diversity of instructors and mentors Arrange and coordinate with instructors and facilitate on-site operations Plan timetable schedule for staff and students. Administer and compile instructors’ evaluations. Ensure corporate governanceFacilitate the planning of the annual budget exercise. Set targets to ensure programme viability Track financial progress Provide support in the annual audit exercise REQUIREMENTS A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
