Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers and provide comprehensive advice on OT security solutions. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by delivering tailored security strategies. Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen market presence. Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities in OT security. Collaborate with the technical team to support project implementation. Represent the company at industry trade fairs and events. Qualifications: Completed commercial training or a degree in business or sales. Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in OT/IT security or industrial automation. Knowledge of plant engineering and automation technology is advantageous. Certification according to ISA/IEC 62443 is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused approach. Independent, solution-oriented working style with high teamwork capabilities. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel.
