Calling all contact centre superstars! Troocoo are assisting a valued State Government client to recruit multiple A03 Contact Centre Officers. These are initial 3-month contracts, with a view to extend further. These roles focus on arranging responsive maintenance for Government Housing properties. Hourly contract rate: $49.40 p/hour + super Location: Garbutt QLD – Full-time – Commencing ASAP About The Role Arranging responsive maintenance for Government Housing Properties. Answering or making customer calls to address their maintenance needs. Engaging with callers to confirm or clarify information and calming angry customers, as needed. Building relationships with customers and contractors. Appropriately using software, databases, scripts, and tools. Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics. Providing consistent customer service. Your Experience Previous call centre experience is mandatory. Strong ability to multitask. Exceptional customer service, active listening and verbal and written communication skills. Phone-based de-escalation skills. Strong time management and decision-making skills.
