Our focus areas are Multi Cloud, Enterprise Integration and Deployment, and Digital Agility.Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: We’re currently looking for an Adobe Experience Manager Lead to join our rapidly expanding DXP practice. Key dimensions of the role include: Working with the Architect to design solutions that optimally utilise AEM and support clients' use cases, strategy, and industry standards. Developing code modules to implement functionalities, especially with Sling Models, Services, etc., with a strong hands-on programming acumen. Mentoring and guiding other developers in the team on best practices, code quality, unit tests, and overall code performance. Defining the system's strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing. Breaking down customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to customer priorities, industry best practices, and technology prerequisites & dependencies. Aligning roadmap phases to executable use cases. Engaging periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features, providing guidance to customers on those features and benefits. What we’re looking for in you… 10+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) projects. 8+ years of relevant Development experience in AEM. Strong understanding of Adobe Core Components, Services, ACLs, and User Management. Experience creating custom AEM Templates, Components, Workflows & Services. Strong experience in setting up the dispatcher and CDN with efficient caching. Good understanding of JEE and OSGi stacks. Integration experience with SSO, Search, CRMs, eCommerce, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target, Data Collection, etc.). Knowledge of AEM MSM, Content / Experience Fragments, Assets, and Headless content delivery. Experience with Installations, Deployments, Version Control, Branching, and Code Management in AEM. Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical, and Communication skills. Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and/or Edge Delivery Services is a huge plus.
