About the role: Provide immediate care, resuscitation, and stabilization in emergencies. Assess and manage both work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses. Support the safe return to work for injured or ill personnel. Coordinate medevac requirements when necessary. Promote health and wellness through prevention programs, such as blood pressure and glucose level checks. Conduct health-related assessments, including drug and alcohol testing and other health surveillance activities. Manage medical equipment, consumables, and stock to ensure the medical facility operates smoothly. Deliver both accredited and non-accredited health training programs. Opportunities for both ongoing and ADHOC 2/2 shifts! About you: Be dedicated, reliable, and passionate about providing exceptional medical care at all times. Hold current, unrestricted AHPRA Paramedic registration. Have experience delivering healthcare in remote mining or resource environments. Possess relevant qualifications and certifications such as HLTPAT005 (Collect specimens for drug abuse testing) and PUAVEH001 (Drive vehicles under operational conditions). Hold a current National Police Clearance. Will have unrestricted working rights in Australia. Qualifications & experience Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine (or higher). Current, unrestricted AHPRA Paramedic registration. A minimum of 2 years delivering healthcare in remote mining or resource environments. HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing. PUAVEH001 – Drive Vehicles under Operational Conditions. National Police Clearance. White Card. Proof of Full Working Rights in Australia. Valid Australian Driving License.
