About: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI professional with deep expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and NLP , strong programming abilities, and hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms . Experience in the banking/financial sector is a big plus, along with the ability to manage the entire AI project lifecycle while ensuring compliance, data security, and innovation . Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end GenAI model development from design to deployment using Agile and DevOps. Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI-driven product features. Monitor AI model performance, implement improvements, and stay updated on GenAI advancements. Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Foster partnerships for knowledge sharing and product success. Develop and execute system test plans for GenAI platforms. Requirements: Strong background in AI/ML, statistics, or engineering. Experience with GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn.
