The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that bridge business needs and technical execution. This role requires a strong understanding of fine-tuning machine learning models, AI architecture design, and overseeing the integration of AI systems within full-stack development environments. The candidate will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of fine-tuning machine learning models, AI architecture design, and overseeing the integration of AI systems within full-stack development environments. The candidate will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead AI-driven architecture initiatives from inception to completion. Collaborate with business units to ensure AI solutions align with strategic objectives. Fine-tune and optimise machine learning models, including large language models (e.g., GPT). Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing full-stack systems. Act as a technical subject matter expert in AI and machine learning. Promote the adoption of reusable AI and machine learning assets to enhance efficiency. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI solutions and architecture. Qualifications Proven experience in machine learning, AI development, or a related role. Expertise in fine-tuning and deploying large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT). Advanced knowledge of AI architecture and industry best practices. Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. Experience in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and API integration. Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for streamlining AI workflows is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with data engineering and preprocessing for machine learning. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Background in natural language processing (NLP) and other specialised AI domains.
