This role offers a unique opportunity to work with Microsoft’s AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Copilot, to build intelligent, agent-based systems that enhance productivity and automate business workflows. Specific Role Key Responsibilities Design and Develop AI Solutions: Build intelligent, agent-based systems leveraging Microsoft’s AI technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Microsoft Copilot). Integrate AI capabilities into business workflows to automate and enhance productivity. Internal Solution Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve internal operations using AI-driven tools and processes. Design proof of concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to showcase AI capabilities internally. Customer Focused Innovation: Transition to developing customer-facing AI solutions, leveraging expertise in Microsoft tools to deliver impactful business outcomes. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and tailor AI solutions that align with their objectives. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and Microsoft technologies. Advocate for responsible AI practices, including governance, ethics, and compliance. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to align AI development with business priorities. Contribute to team growth by mentoring and upskilling colleagues in AI technologies. What You Bring Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in machine learning and AI solution development, including model deployment, integration, and fine-tuning. Experience working with APIs and integrating AI capabilities into workflows and applications. Programming skills in relevant languages such as Python, C#, and PowerShell. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including: Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot for AI-driven automation and productivity. Azure Data Services, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse, for data integration and transformation. Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI or software engineering roles, with at least 1 year focused on Microsoft AI technologies. Experience in developing agent-based solutions and conversational AI systems (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants). Knowledge of AI governance and ethical AI principles. Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving innovation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
