Job Description Define and lead the execution of a long-term strategic roadmap for integrating AI/ML technologies into enterprise processes, ensuring measurable business impact. Drive the strategic vision, planning, and execution of AI/ML initiatives to support enterprise-wide business transformation and innovation. Lead the evaluation and selection of AI/ML models, LLM APIs, open-source solutions, and knowledge-base tools to address diverse business needs. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for high-impact applications such as chatbots, semantic search tools, and process automation. Mentor and guide supervisors, senior developers, and AI/ML developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. Assess and prioritize emerging AI technologies, evaluating their feasibility and potential value for the organization. Promote AI/ML literacy across departments, advocating for the adoption of transformative AI/ML solutions and fostering organizational buy-in. Lead the creation of reusable AI/ML assets, frameworks, and methodologies to accelerate project delivery and scalability across multiple domains. Ensure adherence to AI governance, compliance, and ethical standards, championing responsible AI development and deployment practices. Remain at the forefront of AI/ML and LLM research, leveraging insights to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Foster collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders—clients, internal teams, and partners—to identify high-impact opportunities and co-create innovative AI-driven solutions tailored to diverse industry needs. Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of AI/ML initiatives and drive continuous improvement in processes, models, and outcomes. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with deep expertise in LLMs, RAG workflows, and enterprise-scale AI/ML deployments. Proven success in delivering complex AI/ML projects, including the integration and scaling of LLM-based solutions in production environments. Mastery of open-source LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain) and their application in real-world scenarios. Extensive experience in building and scaling AI/ML models while managing cost, performance, and scalability considerations. Strong knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks, with a demonstrated commitment to responsible AI practices. Advanced proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries, coupled with expertise in deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with budget and cost management related to AI/ML initiatives, including LLM API usage.
