Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: A high safety focus. Minimum 2 years' experience in Linehaul Loading Operations. Successfully demonstrate understanding of Mass Management. Successfully demonstrate understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines. Enthusiastic and energetic team player. Comply with all OHS regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements. Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions. Capability to supervise a small team. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of interstate linehaul. Verify, document, and check the accuracy of consignments, weights, and destination labels (State/Onforwarding, etc). Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of local PUD fleet. Complete required forms; linehaul load, photograph interstate loads, and document damages via the damage report form. Ensure organizational service standards are maintained. Lead by example on all safety and compliance standards. Supervise staff to ensure they complete all duties to company standard.
