This role will have responsibilities for developing and executing the ANZ Cluster Tactical Plan in alignment with the commercial business plans for near and long-term growth. This position has three macro responsibilities that support the strategies: Market Expansion in Beachhead products Actively preparing and executing SPM New Product Introductions: Flex, Fast Seal and others as defined by SD What will you be doing? Collaborate with State Managers to execute regional business plans for short and long term growth. Drive to 100% adoption in assigned beachhead/ new product category. Proactive hunting/account targeting with sales reps, sales managers. Participate in local trade shows and society events as necessary. Provide product updates and sales support to defined standards. Monitor monthly results of both sales and gross profit, and modify support/action plans accordingly (ie. this may take the form of short/medium term contingency plans to counter significant variances). Report monthly to the Leadership team. Gather market intelligence and report on macro market dynamics, competitive information, key procedural trends, and clinical data that would impact our business and shape commercial planning. Develop relationships to support the Region’s learning needs for Surgeons. Display strong sales analytics and tracking skills to drive accountability. Work closely with the marketing team to create and recommend commercial strategies, effective metrics, and ongoing programs. Work with Sales Leaders to implement effective sales channels and commercial models. Work with Operations to develop forecasts and control inventory to ensure demand is met. Assess, trial and launch new products from within the S&N Group SBU where they are an appropriate strategic fit with the business plan. What will you need to be successful? Bachelors Degree in related field, MBA would be highly regarded. 10+ years in a marketing, sales management, sales, technical medical device field. Excellent track record in establishing solid business relationships with internal and external partners. Understands how to create urgency to drive launches, or pre-market development demonstrated KOL experience including market analysis and impact modeling.
