Each day will be different, but every day you will: Bring your natural sales ability with demonstrated experience; you’ll love selling a product you are passionate about and be driven by sales targets. Provide amazing customer service to our travellers through multiple channels (calls, emails, live chats, and social media platforms) to help turn their travel ambitions into reality. Work in a fast-paced contact centre environment to achieve individual, regional, and global sales targets and KPIs. Be driven by personal and team growth, the desire to learn, and have your contribution heard (while getting rewarded for it!). Be passionate about travel and share your love of it with our customers. Every step of the way, you’ll embody our core values of Ambitious, Together, Impactful, and Real. What you need to know: Base salary of $63,659 + Super + Sales Incentives. Start dates and training are yet to be confirmed, as we are currently taking expressions of interest, but we will be in touch when recruitment starts. This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Melbourne office with 2-3 work-from-home days. We work across a 7-day roster, which will include rotational evenings, weekends, and public holidays. This is a sales role, so motivation to work towards revenue-based sales targets and KPIs is a must-have. We would love to talk with you if you have: Minimum 1+ years' experience in sales & customer service (Travel &/or Contact centre environment is advantageous!). Personal travel experience to Intrepid destinations. Can come into our Melbourne office 2-3 days per week. The ability to learn a variety of new computer systems and processes. Any experience in an Airline GDS system (preferred but not required!).
