Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join a dynamic team, playing a crucial role in assisting with the preparation of management reports and budgets. Contract Details: Initial 6 month contract with possibility of extension. Based in Brisbane CBD - opportunity to WFH after the first 3 months. Attractive hourly rate. What you'll do: Assist with the preparation of management reports and budgets. Provide support in budget analysis and forecasting. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and legislation. Liaise with other departments or external stakeholders regarding financial matters. Support the team through process improvements. Assist the team with adhoc analysis and stakeholder queries. Work as part of a team to ensure invoices received through the group mailbox are monitored, progressed, and managed to meet payment deadlines. What you'll bring: Strong attention to detail. Ability to stay focused on high-volume repetitive tasks. Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. Experience using S4/HANA highly desirable. Experience overseeing corporate budgets.
