Overview of this position: We are looking for an APAC Senior Finance Analyst that is strong in business & commercial partnering, management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting/planning & cashflow management. Duties & Areas of Responsibilities: Project controlling, FP&A consolidation, annual budgeting/planning processes for APAC entities. Be a strong finance business partner, driving performance & results whilst ensuring active communications with the different departments & stakeholders. Prepare presentations & monthly/quarterly financial reports. Provide proactive, in-depth analysis & identify risks/opportunities for projects/regions on key financial items (i.e. open/contracted sales, revenue pipelines, event risks/issues, cashflow management, profitability & cost development, etc). Monitor project activities, progress achieved, estimated results, revenue/cost recognition & provide data to support operational decision making to team leads. Establish good knowledge of the business, variance analysis, P&L & Balance sheet KPIs including cashflow management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business & finance processes/reporting & improve efficiencies through better utilization of automated systems. Provide support when needed for any new business / M&A financial modeling. Provide support when needed for any audit / tax processes. Educational background: Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with regional exposure in a similar industry. Skills & competencies: Team player that also works well independently, with good initiative & is highly proficient in organizing tasks, setting priorities, meeting deadlines & managing multiple tasks at the same time. Demonstrates good judgement & problem-solving skills. Well organized with strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen with the curiosity & will to challenge current status quo. Strong MS-Excel knowledge with SAP BW (good to have). Power BI competency is a plus.
