HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and experienced APS 4 Level Executive Assistant (EA) to join a leading government agency located in SURRY HILLS NSW. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to a Branch Manager and Leadership Team, ensuring seamless operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs with minimal direction, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support Manage diary and email correspondence, ensuring efficient time management Organise workflows and prioritise tasks effectively Draft correspondence, briefing materials, and handle confidential documents Schedule meetings and prepare documentation for projects and committees Conduct research and investigations as required Coordinate official meetings, travel, and functions Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational needs Undertake additional administrative tasks as required Benefits Competitive pay rate of $43.82 per hour, including casual loading, providing you with financial stability and recognition for your expertise. 11.5% superannuation to secure your future and support your retirement planning.
