Your responsibilities will include: Managing project scope, timelines, and coordination. Leading Agile ceremonies such as sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Coaching team members in Agile methodologies and fostering a collaborative environment. Partnering with product owners to develop and manage product backlogs. Supporting governance and compliance with agency frameworks.
