APS 6 Level Business Analyst Disability and Projects Recruiter: HOBAN Recruitment Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced APS6 level Business Analyst (Disability and Projects) to join a dynamic Accessibility and Inclusion team within a federal government agency located in either Surry Hills NSW or Deakin ACT. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the refresh of the Disability Action Plan by conducting research, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis. You will have the opportunity to contribute to workplace accessibility and inclusion by ensuring best practices and informed decision-making.Key responsibilities include: Conducting co-design/consultation with internal stakeholders, including staff with disability, line managers, and enabling services. Performing research into accessibility and inclusion best practices. Conducting audits and gap analysis to inform decision-making. Gathering, documenting, and assessing scope/requirements from stakeholders. Creating detailed process maps and recommending improvements. Managing and mitigating risks while contributing to program and business improvement initiatives. Providing professional expertise, services, and guidance that contribute to positive outcomes for the Agency, OAAI, and staff.
